Refund Policy for Digital Products

At Tesseract Research, we sell digital products, research workflows, analytical resources, and related digital materials. Because these products are delivered electronically and access may be granted immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.

1. Digital Product Nature

Our products are digital in nature. Once a product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available to you, it cannot be physically returned in the same way as a tangible item.

For that reason, we generally do not offer refunds for:

digital downloads

research documents

workflow templates

prompt systems

databases

educational materials

downloadable or access-based digital products

2. Why We Use This Policy

This policy exists because digital products:

can usually be accessed immediately after purchase

may be copied, saved, or retained after delivery

cannot be meaningfully “returned”

involve proprietary intellectual property and research-based materials

As a result, issuing refunds after access has been granted may create an unfair situation in which the product is retained after the payment is reversed.

3. Exceptions

Despite the general final-sale rule above, we may review refund requests in limited cases, including:

duplicate transactions

clear technical failure preventing delivery or access

accidental double purchase of the same product

billing errors

cases where required by applicable consumer protection law

If a legitimate technical or billing issue occurs, please contact us and we will review the case in good faith.

4. No Guarantee of Financial Results

Our digital products are educational, analytical, and informational in nature. They do not guarantee investment performance, business outcomes, financial gains, or specific research results.

A refund will not be granted merely because:

you changed your mind after purchase

you did not use the product

you expected a different outcome

you disagree with the analysis

the product did not produce a desired trading, investing, or business result

5. Chargebacks and Abuse

If we detect abuse of the refund process, unauthorized redistribution, or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to deny support, revoke access where possible, and contest improper chargebacks.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable law, including any mandatory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or unlawfully supplied digital products.
